oSTEM's Professional Development Summit is an intimate career retreat weekend, aimed to empower early career LGBTQ+ professionals in STEM through introspective workshops, authentic mentorship, and supportive community. Attendees will have the opportunity to clarify their career goals, define their vision of success, and extend their networks of peers and mentors graciously provided by our Organizational Advisory Council.
Successful applicants will be LGBTQ+ early career professionals or graduate students who demonstrate a proven track-record in a STEM career via education, research or work experience.
Students will be expected to have completed an internship, REU, or equivalent work experience. Preference will be given to oSTEM members or alumni.
